GASTRONOMY

The vegetables coming from the kitchen gardens, local production meats, traditional sweets – of Arab origin or conventual nature – are a temptation. Our traditional cuisine includes delicacies such as Mirandesa meat, barbecue roasted lamb , chop, roast cod, “ bola doce”… a cinnamon tradicional cake …, all washed down with local wine.
